Line pumps are used for larger quantities of concrete - usually over two truckloads. They are capable of pumping aggregate, pebble mix, Flowable Fill™ and spray mix. Boom Pumps (13-19mm aggregate): Boom pumps are suitable for 13-19mm aggregate. Boom pumps are capable of pumping aggregate, pebble mix and Flowable Fill™ and some have booms
Fine aggregate of Zone II as per IS: 383-1970 is generally suitable for pumped concrete provided 15 to 30% sand should pass the 300 micron sieve and 5 to 10 percent should pass the 150 micron sieve. Fine aggregate of grading as given in Table 2 is best for pumped concrete.

Feb 01, 1973 · The properties of fine aggregate (sand) are more important in the design of pumpable concrete mixes than the properties of coarse aggregate. When combined with the cement and water, fine aggregate provides the fluid (mortar) which conveys the large solids (coarse aggregate) in suspension, thus making a mix pumpable.

Sep 23, 2020 · A fine aggregate of grading as given in Table 2 is best for pumped concrete. The proportion of fine aggregate (sand) to be taken in the mix design is given in Table 3. However, the lowest practical sand content should be established by actual trial mixes and performance runs.
This drum concrete mixer pump is suitable for the mixing and conveying of fine stone concrete pump and aggregate concrete in all kinds of construction, such as: new rural construction, irrigation and water conservancy infrastructure construction, small high-rise construction. Compulsory concrete mixer truck with pump for sale has high pumping
Dec 18, 2017 · Types of Modern Concrete Pumps: There are three main types of concrete pumps. They are: (1) Mobile, (2) Static or trailer, (3) Mortar or screed pump. Type of Valves: The valve system is the most important part of any concrete pump. Following are the main type of valves: (a) Squeeze type valves (b) Rotating or sliding gate valves
Fine Aggregate Concrete Pump. Fine aggregate concrete pump is a concrete pump machine for delivering concrete mixture with small size. It is designed uniquely for floor heating projects according to the special construction demands. Usually, this machine is efficient in filling the fine aggregate and cement mortar during construction.
Jul 18, 2018 · Pumping Concrete Components. Concrete is a material composed of various aggregates bonded together with a cement paste that hardens over time. The strength and durability of reinforced concrete enables engineers to design and complete massive projects. The IVAC PV250 & PV500 can pump and place mixed concrete exactly where it is needed on the
This property can be achieved by adding more fine particles. Thus the proportion of fines is of prime importance. For pumpable concrete the contents of fines (cement + fine aggregate) 350 kg/m 3 to 400 kg/m 3 are considered necessary. This amount of fines is also necessary for maintaining lubricating film around the concrete plug to reduce wear and tear of the whole system.

Slump is a measure of concrete consistency or fluidity. Consistency is the ability of freshly mixed concrete to flow. For given proportions of cement and aggregates (without admixtures), the higher the slump, the wetter the mix. Four-inch (4") slump is very common with normal weight concrete and is a good average slump for pumping.
Fine Aggregate = 880 . We know that total fines less than 0.25 mm for pumpable concrete should be 350 to 400 kg per cubic metre of concrete. As the fine aggregate passes 0.3 mm sieve is 19%, the sand particles passing through 0.25 mm sieve = 19 x 25/30 = 16% app. ∴ Fine particles in sand = [(16 x 880)/100] = 140.8 = 141 kg. Cement content = 310

Concrete pumps. Two types of concrete pumps (see Figure 1) are used: Direct-acting, horizontal piston type with semi-rotary valves set to permit always the passage of the largest aggregate particles. This type of pump can cover a horizontal distance of 1000 m and a vertical distance of 120 m.
